Experimental and computational insights into CuS–Mg composites for high-performance p-type transparent conducting materials

Mg incorporation in CuS enhances transparency and conductivity for p-type TCMs. We investigate its optical, electrical, and chemical properties and demonstrate p–n junction diodes, highlighting its potential for semiconductor applications.

Synergistic antibacterial action of lignin-squaraine hybrid photodynamic therapy: advancing towards effective treatment of antibiotic-resistant bacteria

SQR29 organophotosensitizer was encapsulated into poly(lignin/PEG/PPG urethane) to form a hydrogel (LSQR29), providing excellent antibacterial photodynamic therapy (aPDT) property to combat antibiotic-resistant pathogenic bacteria in wound infection.

Rapid in situ growth of high-entropy oxide nanoparticles with reversible spinel structures for efficient Li storage

Using laser radiation, high-entropy nanoparticles were rapidly fabricated on conductive carbon. The high-entropy nanomaterials with reversible spinel structures exhibit better cycling and rate performances in LIBs.
