Abstract

A series of monocyclic and spiro 1,3,2-benzodithiaphospholes (C6H4S2)PRnF3–n(n[double bond, length as m-dash]2, R[double bond, length as m-dash]Ph, Me), (n= 3, R = Pri) and (C6H4S2)2PR (R = Ph, Me) have been synthesised and the structure of one of these, (C6H4S2)2PMe, has been determined by X-ray diffraction.
