On the kinetics of semiconductor-electrode stabilization

Abstract

Experimental results are presented, showing that the stabilization of illuminated n-type III–V semiconductor electrodes by reducing agents is light-intensity dependent. A kinetic analysis of the stabilization process is made. The experimental data are discussed in the framework of this analysis.
