Mixed-metal binuclear complexes are formed between [Co(en)2(OH)2]+(en = ethylenediamine) and divalent transition metal ions, with stability constants log K1= 7.2 (Cu); log β2= 5.9 (Mn), 7.5 (Co), 8.8 (Ni), 13.1 (Cu), 7.9 (Zn); at 25 °C, l= 3.0 mol dm–3(Na[ClO4]).
