Easy-to-use dipstick tests for detection of lead in paints using non-cross-linked gold nanoparticle–DNAzyme conjugates

Abstract

Easy-to-use dipstick tests for lead have been developed by immobilizing nanoparticleDNAzyme conjugates on lateral flow devices and their application for detecting lead in paints is demonstrated.
