Highly sensitive photoluminescence energy transfer detection for 2,4,6-trinitrophenol using photoluminescent carbon nanodots†
Abstract
Highly sensitive photoluminescence detection for 2,4,6-trinitrophenol is developed for the first time based on an energy transfer strategy using photoluminescent carbon nanodots prepared using yam. The photoluminescence method is fast and low cost, has high selectivity towards other nitroaromatic compounds and can achieve TNP detection down to 22 nM within 1 min.
