Hierarchical nanostructures of γ-TaON flowers for enhanced visible light driven photocatalytic activities

Abstract

Hierarchical nanostructures of single phase γ-TaON flowers have been successfully synthesized using a simple wet-chemical route in addition to subsequent thermal nitridation. These flower-like particles exhibit an obvious improvement in visible-light-driven photocatalytic activity.
