An active and stable Ni/Al2O3 nanosheet catalyst for dry reforming of CH4

Abstract

A highly active and stable nano structured Ni/Al2O3 catalyst was developed by a simple two-step hydrothermal method. The obtained Ni/Al2O3 catalyst exhibited leaf-like nanosheets with ∼5 nm thickness, and realized CH4 conversion as high as 91.3% at 1073 K with excellent stability in the dry reforming of methane.
