Hairpin DNA-fueled dynamic self-assembly of three-arm DNA branched junctions consisting of active DNAzyme structures for enzyme-free ultrasensitive detection of nucleic acids†
Abstract
A novel enzyme-free dual signal amplification strategy based on programmable molecular hairpins has been developed for the ultrasensitive amplified detection of DNA via hairpin DNA-fueled dynamic self-assembly of three-arm DNA branched junctions consisting of active DNAzyme structures on each branch end.
