Flexible and high-energy-density Zn/MnO2 batteries enabled by electrochemically exfoliated graphene nanosheets

Abstract

Electrochemically exfoliated graphene (EG) nanosheets with large lateral size were proposed to construct MnO2 nanosheets/EG cathodes and electrodeposited zinc/EG anodes for flexible and high-energy-density aqueous Zn–MnO2 batteries without metal current collector and polymer binder, which exhibited high electrochemical performance and mechanical flexibility.
