Abstract

Correction for ‘Deep-bed filters as post-treatment for ozonation in tertiary municipal wastewater treatment: impact of design and operation on treatment goals’ by Daniel Sauter et al., Environ. Sci.: Water Res. Technol., 2021, DOI: 10.1039/d0ew00684j.

Section 3.2.2 Post-treatment, paragraph 6, sentence 3 cited incorrectly ref. 52 (Nödler et al., 2014) instead of the correct ref. 51 (Henning et al., 2018).

The sentence should be as follows:

In the case of gabapentin lactam, even a slight formation was observed after full breakthrough, most likely due to biotransformation of gabapentin.51
