Can reconfiguring the band-edge states regulate excitonic states in two-dimensional superlattice perovskites?†
Abstract
Herein, the reconfiguration of band-edge states in two-dimensional superlattice perovskites is theoretically investigated, followed by analysing the nature of the excitonic states. The relationship between density distributions of excitons and band edges is explored. Our work provides new considerations for the design of low-dimensional perovskites as optoelectronic materials.
