Metal- and base-free selective amidations of organoboronic acids with dioxazolones and isocyanates

Abstract

Herein, we describe metal- and base-free cross-coupling reactions of boronic acids with dioxazolones and isocyanates to selectively synthesize various amides. These reactions occurred with processes of 1,2- and 1,3-migrations to construct C–N and C–C bonds to provide the corresponding amides in satisfactory to good yields under mild conditions, respectively.
