Abstract
A low-cost and high-throughput spray drying method was developed to produce mesoporous carbon microspheres with controllable structure and nitrogen doping. The obtained microspheres have spherical morphology, controllable nitrogen doping (0–7 wt%), high specific surface areas (900–1200 m2 g−1), large pore volumes (1–3 cm3 g−1), and large mesopores.
