Highly stable and flexible photodetector arrays based on low dimensional CsPbBr3 microcrystals and on-paper pencil-drawn electrodes†
Abstract
We propose a novel configuration of photodetectors (PDs) using solution-prepared low dimensional CsPbBr3 microcrystals, pencil-drawn graphite and paper as the active materials, electrodes and substrates, respectively. A decent external quantum yield and responsivity of up to 485% and 2.1 A W−1 were obtained at a low operating voltage of 9 V. The PDs well maintained their functionality under bending conditions and were highly stable in an open environment. Integrated PD arrays can be facilely drawn, via which clear mask-filtrated imaging was acquired.
