C@Fe3O4 nanoparticles anchored on carbon nanotubes with enhanced reversible lithium storage

Abstract

Well-dispersed porous CNT@Fe3O4@C is prepared by a highly efficient microwave-assisted method, which achieves the double reinforcement of Fe3O4 nanoparticles. It exhibits a high initial specific capacity of 1039.3 mA h g−1 at 500 mA g−1, favorable rate performance and mechanical stability.
