Phosphoric acid-merged squaraine conjugated mesoporous polymer with high proton conductivity

Abstract

A squaraine-conjugated 2D mesoporous proton conductor was prepared by condensation of squaric acid with amine-substituted tripyridinyl benzene under solvothermal conditions. It was permeated with phosphoric acid (PA) to merge with the pore wall, which enabled high proton conductivity.
