Highly Dispersed Ag nanoparticles in Ti-MOFs with partial ligand removal for catalytic conversion of CO2

Abstract

A partial deligandation strategy is used to prepare Ag/NH2-MIL-125(0.5) with extensive porous structure and abundant oxygen vacancies. This unique structural feature stabilizes highly dispersed Ag(0) nanoparticles (Ag NPs), realizing the cyclization of various propargylamines with CO2 and the carboxylation of terminal alkynes at high conversion rate under mild conditions.
