Revealing the effects of cell cycles on cellular uptake of nano-drugs at single particle level

Abstract

We analyzed the dynamic parameters for nano-drug entry cell in different cell cycles, verifying the effects of stiffness and membrane receptor expression level. The cell cycle synchronization inhibitor and cell line were also considered. This report will provide insights for enhancing cell entry efficiency of nano-drugs by regulating cell cycles.
