Abstract

Nanoneedle arrays of heterostructured RuO₂–Co₃O₄ electrocatalysts were constructed, showing improved water oxidation activity and durable stability. The synergy of tip-effect-induced OH⁻ enrichment, superior hydrophilicity, and heterojunction-enhanced electron transfer promotes water oxidation activity.
