Porous cross-linked polymer TTEB@Ir-catalyzed the selective synthesis of acylhydrazone and benzenesulfonylhydrazone derivatives

Abstract

The search for highly active and efficient ligands is crucial in coordination polymer-based catalysis applications. The porous crosslinked polymer-iridium composites TTEB@Ir containing triazole framework ligand were synthesized and fully characterised by various modern means. The resulting composites were discovered to exhibit high catalytic activity for the selective synthesis of N-acylhydrazone and benzenesulfonylhydrazone derivatives. In addition, the porous crosslinked polymer-based composites showed impressive recyclability, proving their economic and environmental merits, while mechanistic studies shed light on these transformations.
