Palladium-catalyzed dual C–H activation for the synthesis of indolo[1,2-f]phenanthridines†
Abstract
An efficient palladium-catalyzed strategy for the synthesis of indolo[1,2-f]phenanthridine derivatives has been developed. The current strategy delivers a range of indolo[1,2-f]phenanthridines by utilizing readily available N-(2-halophenyl)-indoles and commercially available iodobenzenes as the starting materials. The reaction features the formation of two C–C bonds through Pd-catalyzed dual C–H bond activation.
