Harnessing Luminescence from Heavy Atom-Free Organic Charge Transfer Cocrystal
Abstract
Harvesting luminescence from charge transfer cocrystals is an efficient strategy for developing future solid-state light-emitting materials by circumventing the multistep organic synthesis. Herein, we report comprehensive single-crystal, computational, and spectroscopic investigations of a heavy atom-free charge transfer cocrystal exhibiting a 40.2% photoluminescence quantum yield.
