Integrating Lanthanide Coordination Polymer Ratiometric fluorescence biosensor with concatenated DNA circuit for Locus-Specific N6‑methyladenosine Quantification

Abstract

Herein, we developed a lanthanide coordination polymers (LnCPs) ratiometric fluorescent biosensor integrated with click chemistry-powered concatenated DNA circuit for accurate and sensitive monitoring locus-specific m6A in cancer cells and tissues.
