Solvent effects on hetero Diels–Alder reactions of sulfur dioxide with 1,3-dienes

Abstract

According to ab inito computations the electrostatic solvent effects are predicted to be important in the control of the selectivity of the Diels–Alder reactions of 1,3-dienes with sulfur dioxide.
