Metal oxide- and N-codoped carbon nanosheets: facile synthesis derived from MOF nanofibers and their application in oxygen evolution†
Abstract
We successfully developed an approach to synthesize a metal oxide- and N-codoped carbon nanosheet, NC@CoO/CuO, derived from a metal–organic framework nanofiber, Cu(II)–Asp@Co(II) (Asp = L-aspartate). The use of NC@CoO/CuO as a high-performance catalyst for the oxygen evolution reaction in water splitting has also been demonstrated.
