About this collection

This collection addresses the discussion of the latest concepts and developments in the field of pesticide residues in food and drink, which have gone through a silent revolution over the last decade thanks to the significant advances in mass spectrometry instrumentation.

This collection includes, but is not limited to, novel instrumental approaches, (green) sample preparation methods, qualitative/screening methods using High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry and databases, and the latest advances in single-residue methods. Other pivotal aspects, such as the discussion of guidelines for analytical quality control and validation procedures, are also included.
